Compressed Air Distribution:
Alusic’s ST line offers a complete solution for compressed air distribution, integrating Sicomat’s entire product range. From the quick-connect fittings of the SK series to the tubes and profiles of the S1 series, every component is designed for reliable performance and perfect compatibility.
Additionally, the ST line includes all the accessories and complementary items previously found in the SicoAir catalog, such as terminal blocks, safety fittings, air guns, and automatic hose reels. This expanded and versatile offering is tailored to meet any requirement.
Aluminum profiles and accessories: A whole sector dedicated to extruded aluminum profiles and their accessories. The AC, BH, IM, and MC lines offer a wide range of Alusic components, while our full catalog gathers accessories sorted by category (angles, joints, hinges, handles, LEDs, telescopic columns, and more), with indications on the compatibility of slots. In addition to these four lines, the sector also includes the SP and IS lines: the former specializes in profiles and joints for machine protections, and the latter provides solutions for stairs and walkways.
Handling and automation: As the name suggests, this sector brings together all Alusic solutions for industrial automation. The CS line includes conveyors, both belt and modular chain types. The FC line offers axes, actuators, and linear guides. The KS line features tracks, linear systems, trolleys, hoists, and column flags. Finally, the LM line proposes gravity systems, tube systems, and profile systems, ideal for lean manufacturing.
Carbon and composite materials: Not just aluminum! In this section, you’ll find two Alusic lines that use carbon as the main material. The C6 (Carbosix) line includes sheets, joints, and components in carbon, with an exclusive range of extruded carbon profiles, unique in the world. The TA line, on the other hand, offers carbon assembly arms designed to optimize and improve work processes at workbenches.
