Founded in 1983, Australis Engineering are experts in the design and manufacture of automated materials handling equipment. Our smart thinking is driven by a desire to enhance our customer’s business. Australis maintains a strong local manufacturing focus, with over 4,000 square metres of local manufacturing space split between our Sydney and Brisbane facilities. With locally manufactured machinery the core of our offering, we also maintain smart supply relationships with global leaders in robotics, automation and processing and packaging machinery equipment. Allowing Australis to design a bespoke manufacturing or warehousing system that is locally made but which also integrates leading global brands into a fully integrated solution. Australis Engineering is the founding business within the Australis Group of companies.

Joined in the Australis Group in 2010, was our dedicated t-slot aluminium profile business, Profilium. Profilium has proudly partnered with Alusic SRL since 2010 to bring the Alusic t-slot profile, accessories and linear automation systems to the Australian marketplace. Profilium utilises the Australis Group’s experience in materials handling, industrial automation and warehousing to offer smart design solutions using t-slot profile. Profilium will fabricate a system for its customers, or can simply sell you all the necessary components to allow your own team to utilise the adaptability of t-slot profile in your own operations.

Profilium specialises in offering its customers fully customised conveyor, linear automation, robotic automation, machine safety and industrial and clean-room workstations that integrate t-slot profile to achieve a fast, clean and long-lasting solution for their business. While Profilium can design and fabricate a solution, we also sell all of the t-slot profile, accessories and linear automation systems at a dedicated online web store, allowing customers the flexibility to design their own structure and purchase all the components efficiently and safely at our e-commerce portal.
