The Alusic CARBOSIX system is based on structural and modular profiles made from carbon fiber composite, produced through pultrusion and equipped with fastening grooves similar to traditional aluminum structural profiles commonly used in machine construction.
A wide range of structural profiles and accessories is available, along with carbon profiles of simple geometric shapes (tubes and square bars).
Finally, the pullwinding technology is applied to the tubes, which allows for the orientation of some fibers at an angle to the main axis of the profile, enhancing its aesthetic appearance and, above all, increasing the torsional characteristics of the pultrusion.
