CS Line
The CS line includes and organizes the entire Alusic offering for conveyor belts into eight main groups, dividing them by size and type of transport:
Belt Conveyors:
- Series 20: with roller diameter of 20mm
- Series 30: roller belt with diameter of 30mm
- Series 1000: with rubberized roller diameter of 50mm
- Series 50: with roller diameter of 50mm
- Series 95: roller diameter of 95mm

Linear Actuators
FC Line
The extensive range of Alusic linear actuators includes multiple solutions for load handling. The two lines differ based on the type of belt used and the loads supported.
The FC Light line uses T5 or AT10 belts; the guides in this section have low to medium load capacities.
The FC Heavy line uses an innovative staggered worm gear transmission that enhances performance; the guides in this section have medium to high load capacities. Alusic has also expanded its range to include ball circulating guides and sliding trolleys.

FC PROJECTS is a subsidiary of ALUSIC specializing in the development of solutions with linear systems from the FC line, starting from consulting and design to mechanical realization.
Linear Systems and Running Tracks
KS Line
Alusic offers a wide range of sliding structures, running tracks, and trolleys. The choice depends only on the load size and fastening distance.
The components for Alusic Linear Systems represent a quick and functional solution for creating sliding systems, such as movable workstations for transporting and supporting the tools and equipment necessary for production activities.
The systems are based on extruded aluminum profiles and plastic or aluminum trolleys.
The Running Tracks system uses extruded aluminum profiles EN AW 6063 T6 with treatment depth in class 20 μm and follows the tolerances indicated in the UNI-EN 12020-2 standard. It also ensures absolute compatibility with series 45 profiles and accessories with an 8mm groove.
Lean Manufacturing, Aluminum Gravity Systems
LM Line
Alusic offers two types of solutions to meet the modern demands of lean manufacturing.
We can evaluate both the traditional solution consisting of steel tubes and external joints or the modular aluminum solution made up of profiles and accessories, a line that stems from Alusic’s tradition with structural profiles.
The roller conveyors are compatible with both systems. Both solutions contribute to improving business organization and streamlining production.
