Processing on Extruded Aluminum Profiles
We can perform high-precision processing on aluminum profiles such as:
STANDARD DRILLING
Standard drilling from diameter M3 to diameter M12
THREADING
Threaded holes, carried out both as head threads and as threads along the bar.

CUTTING
Straight and angled cutting from 0° to 90°
MACHINING
That is, the creation of a cylindrical hole with a flat bottom, which widens another coaxial hole, usually used for inserting a hidden screw inside the groove of the extruded aluminum profile.
MILLING
In slots, which is the creation of a groove for the sliding of a screw to adjust its position, or in recesses, removing considerable amounts of material to allow the profile to fit with another component.
All processes are completed with the removal of cutting, drilling, and milling chips.
How to Read the Label
Each processed aluminum profile has a label that contains a series of useful data for the customer to recognize the required structural profile sections, including the angle of the cut, length, barcode, and the profile section from which the type of groove can be recognized.
